The Spring Equinox Sovereignty TrilogySpring equinox meditations with crystal singing bowls
A three-part live spring equinox meditation series with crystal singing bowls tuned to 432 Hz: The Sun Stone, The Mists of Avalon and The Rising Dragon, from March 2026.
“Everyone has cracks. The cracks are where we can let the light in.”
In March 2026, I led a trilogy toward the spring equinox, built around sovereignty. I find many of us arrive at spring tired, leaking our power into doubt, obligation and other people’s expectations. Over three sessions, we called it back home: first the masculine structure, then the feminine current, then the two together.
The Sun Stone begins with kintsugi, the Japanese art of mending pottery with liquid gold so the vessel comes back stronger. Grow as heavy as the base of a mountain, walk a spiral stone path down into a cavern of fire, and seal your cracks with gold until a flawless gem crystallizes around the ember in your heart.
On St. Patrick’s Day, The Mists of Avalon carries you across a still black lake in a carved wooden boat. Breathe a cool silver mist into your heart, follow a great silver doe to a humming chalice of rainbow light, and anoint your heart with its waters.
On the equinox itself, The Rising Dragon brings the fire and the water together. In Celtic lore, dragons are loving guardians of the earth’s ley lines. Stand on the summit of your inner mountain above an emerald sea, meet a green-and-copper dragon with amber eyes, take its wings as your own, and fly toward the rising sun.
In all three, the bowls found their way to A major, the key I hear as an innocent heart that trusts the divine. Come in order for the full arc.
The Sessions
The three equinox sessions, in order
1:17:48About the Spring Equinox Trilogy
Should I watch them in order?
Yes, if you can. The Sun Stone (March 12, 2026) builds the structure, The Mists of Avalon (March 17) brings the flow, and The Rising Dragon (March 20, the equinox) brings the sunstone's fire and Avalon's waters together.
Do I need to know the legends?
No. Charleene tells each story as she goes, from Japanese kintsugi to the shores of Avalon to the dragons of Celtic lore, and offers them as images to travel with.
What does sovereignty mean here?
Charleene describes sovereignty as being the undisputed ruler of your own inner landscape. In this trilogy, it means calling your scattered energy back home and choosing where it goes.
What does psychology say about personal sovereignty?
Psychologists have a few names for it. Self-determination theory, one of the most tested models of motivation, lists autonomy, the felt sense that your choices are your own, as a basic human need alongside competence and connection. When it is met, people tend to feel more energized and more like themselves. Research on locus of control describes something similar: people who see their lives as shaped by their own actions, more than by luck or others, tend to cope better with stress. Charleene's trilogy works at the felt level of the same idea: calling scattered attention home, noticing what is yours to carry, and choosing your next step from there.
Can I fall asleep?
Yes. Each session ends with a choice: drift into sleep, or wiggle your fingers and toes and come back.
