1:19:42The Mists of Avalon
A spring equinox meditation with 432 Hz crystal singing bowls
Part two of the Equinox Sovereignty Trilogy fell on St. Patrick's Day. After the heat and structure of the sunstone, this session moves into the feminine current: mist, water and receptivity.
Breathe a cool silver mist into your heart to meet the fire of your inner sunstone. Walk through your heart to the edge of a still black lake and board a wooden boat carved with knots, birds and antlered beasts. Glide through the mist as I count down to the alabaster shores of Avalon, the misty isle of Arthurian legend, where willows, emerald moss and lilac wait. Follow a great silver doe, your own untamed intuition, to a humming chalice of rainbow light. Dip your hands in its waters, anoint your heart, and braid the threads of light down your spine.
The bowls lived around A, moving between A major's innocent trust and A minor's quiet piety. You are connected and you are magic.
“That inner chalice, your inner cup, must be whole. Else it will spill your sacred waters.”
