1:08:32The World Heart Symphony
A holiday sound bath meditation with 432 Hz crystal singing bowls
World Sound Healing Day fell on Valentine's Day, so we tuned the heart. I asked what the most important note in music is: the rest, the silence between the notes. As a musician, I teach that you can't play beautiful music on a broken violin, so we tune ourselves first.
Notice where tension sits, in the jaw, the shoulders, the low back, and let it go with a physiological sigh. Breathe in and out through the center of your sternum on a count of five. Call up appreciation, gratitude, care or love until it bathes your heart in golden light. Name your note for today, joy, courage, stability or tenderness, loop it with your heart in an infinity sign, and radiate it as a soundwave. Then widen out to a globe lit with points of light.
The bowls settled in F major, leaning toward C. You are the instrument and you are the orchestra.

“You're not here to be silent. You are here to be resonant.”
