1:14:35The Serenity Series, Part 2
A winter meditation with 432 Hz crystal singing bowls
I called this one a Moonlight Sonata on a frozen lake: a bright full moon, evergreens heavy with snow, and the stillness of winter all around.
Send an unshakeable golden cord through the frozen tundra into the Earth's core. Make each exhale longer than the inhale and feel your heartbeat slow. Raise your arms in your mind's eye to mirror the rising moon. Watch for shooting stars, listen for their messages, and offer a silent thank-you as the last one fades. Gaze into the frozen lake as a mirror of your inner self, without judgment. Fill with moonlight, notice its color, and send it wherever you need ease. Then find the fire in your solar plexus and turn it up or down until it balances.
At the solar plexus, I circled the mallet one way, then the other, to turn that fire up and down. Even in the stillness of winter, the fire must continue to burn.
“Feel as though you are seeing your truest nature, untouched by the shadows of the everyday world.”
