1:28:48Gratitude Series, Part 1
A gratitude meditation with 432 Hz crystal singing bowls
The first of four gratitude sessions during Thanksgiving week, starting with the hardest one for me: gratitude for yourself. I teach that gratitude doesn't have to wait for something outside you.
Sit with your feet flat and your spine tall. Drop a golden cord from the base of your spine and wrap it around the core of the Earth. Rest your hands over your heart and feel your pulse. Replay a moment of tremendous gratitude like a movie, and let it ride the waves of your heartbeat. Name the place your genius lives, maybe as an exquisite baker, a head for numbers or a well of kindness, and breathe in gratitude for that gift from divine connection rather than ego. Send ruby red to the root, emerald green to the heart, and white light just above your head.
Partway through, the F bowl, my heart bowl, jumped and collided with the bowl beside it. The world needs your gift.
“What do you need to be the person who you are? I don't want you to be anybody else, just you.”
