1:16:35Gratitude Series, Part 3
A gratitude meditation with 432 Hz crystal singing bowls
The third of four gratitude sessions, on the eve of Thanksgiving, turned to gratitude for humanity. I teach that gratitude can rise on its own, without waiting for something to happen.
Sit tall, on a folded towel if it helps, and drop a golden cord from the base of your spine to the Earth's core. Rest your hands on your heart, witness the life force pumping, and name one thing you like about yourself. Picture a rose in your own color and bathe it in shimmering golden light. Ground a second rose for your family and let what no longer serves melt down its cord. Take back your key and open your door. Then create a third rose for all of humanity, the brightest and the darkest, and breathe gratitude out to every brother and sister.
It was the first time the bowls seemed to answer each person I greeted. Everyone's doing the best they can with what they have.
“Everyone's doing the best that they can with what they have.”
